2013 Bacchus

Heady floral and citrus aromas with flavours of grapefruit and apricot. Great on its own or excellent with all types of seafood, fish and Asian cuisine.

 

2013 Pinot Gris

A partially barrel fermented, full bodied light rose coloured wine, showing aromas of peach, apricot and bergamot, with a feel that transcends the balanced flavours of tangerine, orange and mango with very subtle vanilla.

 

2013 Merlot Rose

A dry rose with an aroma of strawberries and flavours of strawberry, peach and a hint of rhubarb. Great for sipping on it's own and pairs well with crab, salmon or antipasto plates.

 

2011 Pinot Noir

True varietal character, aromas of sweet cherry and allspice with hints of eucalyptus and leather balancing the similar flavours and long finish.

Dark fruit aromas of cassis, blackberry, cedar and black olive. Full on the palate showing elegant flavours of black currant, prune, licorice and a touch of coffee; completes with a full and lingering finish.

Classic dark fruit and chocolate aromas drive this complex 4 year barrel aged port style late bottled wine, which includes dark fruit flavours and finishes with hints of toasted coconut and black licorice.
